What You'll Get:
- 9 Days of soul healing adventures, rest, creativity and cultural immersion in Bali, Indonesia
- Accommodation at top-rated hotels / resorts / villas
- Arrival and departure airport transfers (I Gusti Ngura Rai International Airport, Bali)
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, except for the arrival and departure days
- Official activities listed on the itinerary

What's Not Included:
1. Air tickets to and from Bali International Airport
2. Visa applications (approximately US$35) – available to apply on-line in advance, or on arrival (long queues at the airport)
3. Travel insurance (this is compulsory - a copy of your insurance must be supplied to the organisers)
4. Tips and gratuities (at your discretion)
5. Optional extras (e.g. Instagram photos by a professional photographer, individual optional extra rituals, spa treatments, etc.)
6. One-on-one sessions with Caro Melnick (optional)
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation must be received in writing to caro@soulhealingcommunity.com
2. All cancellations received before 1 July 2026 will receive a full refund.
3. Any cancellations received between 1 July and 31 August will forfeit their initial deposit payment made. Any additional funds received will be refunded.
4. Any cancellations received after 31 August 2026 will be liable for the full amount. No refund will be due and any outstanding funds will need to be settled.
5. If we are able to sell your place to another participant who has not already registered, we may decide to hold your cancellation fee as a deposit for our next Soul Healing Adventure. This is at the discretion of the organisers and will be decided in response a motivation letter submitted by the participant who has cancelled.
6. Should you choose to return home early, no refund will be considered and any additional costs for your return (including ground transport in Indonesia) will be covered by you.
NOTE: It is compulsory for each participant to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover costs should they not be able to travel, or should they incur any loss, damage property, injure themselves and become ill while in Indonesia.
