1. Air tickets to and from Bali International Airport

Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation must be received in writing to caro@soulhealingcommunity.com
2. All cancellations received before 1 June 2026 will receive a full refund.
3. Any cancellations received between 1 June and 31 August will forfeit their initial deposit payment of R12,750. Any additional funds received will be refunded.
4. Any cancellations received after 31 August 2026 will be liable for the full amount. No refund will be due and any outstanding funds will need to be settled.
5. If we are able to sell your place to another participant who has not already registered, we may decide to hold your cancellation fee as a deposit for our next Soul Healing Adventure. This is at the discretion of the organisers and will be decided in response a motivation letter submitted by the participant who has cancelled.
6. Should you choose to return home early, no refund will be considered and any additional costs for your return (including ground transport in Indonesia) will be covered by you.
It is imperative that each participant takes out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any cost should they not be able to travel or should any loss, damage to property, injury and illness occur while in Indonesia.
